At Runway Ready Sarees, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return an item for a change of mind, please note the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at runwayreadysarees@gmail.com with the following details:

Your order number
A description of the fault or damage
Photographic evidence of the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at runwayreadysarees@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely and return authorisation details.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
